This ministry helps you discover your God-given gifts so you may use it to  glorify God by serving others. The team is here to help align people to the tasks and projects that best suit them and provides greater opportunity for satisfaction and success. 

There are two assessments that North Oaks asks you to take to get an accurate understanding of how God has gifted you.

First take the James Nored Spiritual Gifts assessment.

1. Go to www.YourSpiritualGifts.com
   
2. Be sure to Register! (see the Register tab at the top of the page)
   
3. After Registering, "Login" (see the Login tab at the top of the page)
   
4. Go to the Inventory tab and answer the Spiritual gifts questionnaire
   
5. After taking the Inventory, you will receive your "Top Five Spiritual Gifts"
   
6. Then go to the "Complete Spiritual Gifts Assessment" tab; enter in this password: "pass123" to receive the .pdf of your complete Spiritual gifts assessment
   
7. Please send a copy of your top spiritual gifts to ray_northoaks_family_life@outlook.com. 
   

Second take The Strength Finder 2.0 assessment.

1. Read pp. 1-31 of Tom Rath’s book, Strength Finder 2.0.
   
2. Open the red packet in the back of the book and follow the instructions.
   
3. Once you receive your assessment strengths, read the appropriate chapters.
   
4. Please send a copy of your strengths profile to ray_northoaks_family_life@outlook.com
